    Our talent acquisition team is passionate about making sure that elopage has the right talent it needs, when it needs it! Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for all recruitment across our Growth-organisation which includes teams in Account Management, Customer Service, Data, Marketing, Revenue Operations & Sales. Next to managing open vacancies, you will be responsible for building and executing on a comprehensive talent pipelining strategy, making sure that top-talent is on our radar, and we are on theirs!

    Responsibilities

    • Be responsible for managing an exceptional recruitment process with the candidate experience at its heart and continuously optimize this process to ensure that we always attract the very best talent available.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage talents for all positions within our Growth-organisation. This includes setting recruitment goals for different teams, in alignment with organizational goals, while staying up-to-date of industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment success.
    • To lead and drive the end-to-end selection process (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, negotiations). You feel comfortable liaising with our senior stakeholders and being their sparring partner in all aspects related to recruiting. As that sparring partner, you will challenge decisions but also advise and bring best practices to all matters related to executive recruitment.
    • Continuously track and analyse data to learn and make improvements.
    • Solve problems proactively and with a positive approach.

    Requirements

    • You are passionate about talent acquisition, sometimes a little too much!
    • You have solid experience of 360 degrees, in-house recruiting.
    • You have strong experience in active sourcing & talent pipelining within the Dach-region.
    • You have an entrepreneurial mindset. Problems will come up, but they are opportunities to learn and improve.
    • You understand and appreciate the power of data and what it can do for you.
    • You are able to partner with senior management, to gain their trust and act as a strategic business partner on topics related to Talent Acquisition, and beyond.
    • You are excited about startups and able to thrive within one. You are resilient, self-organised, and proactive.
    • You are business fluent in both German & English, a must for this role.
